The Event

Breakfast With Santa is a long standing tradition in the Portland, Oregon area. This year, like every year 100% of its net proceeds will be donated to charity. This is a wonderful time for children of all ages and includes an all you can eat breakfast buffet, silent auction, wine walls, fundraising games, and a musical theatre production that this year will feature 60+ dancers. There is even rumor that Santa himself may make an appearance to take pictures with families and listen to last minute present requests right at your very own breakfast table.

Tickets for this year’s Breakfast With Santa are on sale NOW at Beaverton Dance Center, Online sales open October 3oth. Tickets sell for $35 a seat for standard reserved seating and $400 and $600 a table (10 seats) in the premium and sponsor sections. (All Tickets include admission to the event and an all you can eat breakfast buffet.)

The Reason

CF FOUNDATION

The Director of Beaverton Dance Center and Director for Kids in the Arts Tony Loupe lost his brother, Chris to Cystic Fibrosis on September 13th, 2010. As Tony puts it “Not only was Chris my brother, but he was one of my closest friends, my inspiration and the very reason I am a dancer. I owe him a lot in regards to who I am today and in his honor I will continue to raise money for the CF foundation in hopes of one day soon helping them find a cure to this horrible disease”!

KIDS IN THE ARTS

Kid in the Arts is a scholarship fund that provides funding to families of children that would like an arts education but don’t have any financial means to pay for it. This cause is very dear to us as many on the BDC staff were in this very position at one point in life and experienced first hand how a helping hand can dramatically change the course of a child’s life.
